How To Start A Warranty Claim
Include:
- Your order number
- Product name, size, and color
- Date of delivery
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the issue
Please do not ship any product or part to Coody unless you have received written authorization and instructions from our support team.
Warranty Review & Remedies
Photos and videos help us review most warranty requests quickly. In some cases, Coody may request additional information, additional photos, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product or part for inspection.
If your claim is approved, Coody may, at its discretion, provide troubleshooting guidance, a replacement part, repair support, product replacement, or store credit if the same product or part is unavailable.
Replacement products or parts may not be identical if the original model, color, material, or component is no longer available. Coody may substitute a comparable product or part when necessary.
After The Warranty Period
After the 1-year warranty period, Coody may offer replacement parts for purchase when available. Parts availability is not guaranteed and may vary by product model, color, production year, and discontinued components.
Any parts, labor, and shipping costs after the warranty period are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
