We love the new Coody 17.2!! Get it laid out and plug in the air pump and it blows itself up while we get everything else unloaded. Best camping experience we have ever had!!

Fantastic tent! I got the black 10.0 pro. I searched for a couple years to find my next tent. This tent had everything and more on my checklist. Got up to the campsite a little late, so had to set up in the dark. Making sure that the 133p air pump was seated correctly, the tent inflated quickly. The inflator still had 90% of its battery left. I love the endless options for opening up the tent windows. It was a hot weekend and the extra airflow was really welcome. Once aired up, It never required any additional air. It was so nice to not deal with tent poles in the dark. Even though the weather was in the mid 90's, the tent didn't get overwhelmingly hot, even with the black color. Suggestion: It would be really cool if Coody designed a quick release between the tent and the inflator. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!

We have both the Coody 17.2 Pro and the hub. They were easy to set up except we didn’t know to buy the connector. It took several weeks to receive the connector in a matching color. The ability to open all the windows and doors fully help the ventilation and we find it cooler in the summer with the enhanced airflow We use the tents for glamping. The tents are spacious and sturdy. The sewing is impeccable. We are very happy with our purchase and feel a Coody tent is well worth the money.

This tent is amazing, once we were able to inflate it. We gave the tent four stars, instead of five, because the supplied air pump broke before the tent was fully inflated. Therefore, it took over an hour to inflate. There is an o-ring inside the pump that kept slipping off, causing us to reinstall it every few pumps. Regardless, this tent is roomy and extremely well made. I highly recommend it, but I would spend the extra money to get the powered pump. That is what we plan to do before our next outing.

feels extremely well made and setup is very straight forward. be aware of the storage size and weight. its substantial. However, there isnt really anything that can be done about that if you want the quality and size that this delivers. with AC and heating options, I plan on not only camp with this, but use it for shelter when we get our house tented for termites every 10 years or so. I also use it for sleepovers with my kid. With the carpet and AC it makes for ample space for sleepovers that are too large for my child's bedroom. And the fact that it comes with a patch kit (even though it feels like it wont need one unless someone takes a knife to it) i expect this to last for over a decade at least.

Very good quality ground mat/tarp. Thick and well made. We found it a bit smaller than we would have liked? It didn’t quite cover the entire area under the same size tent that we purchased.
This tent is absolutely amazing! It is everything we hoped it would be. We took it out for 5 days for our fist run and could not be more pleased with it. It is sturdy, roomy, beautiful, easy to put up and take down, and fully functional in every way it advertises. The large windows on every side of the tent create excellent airflow and unmatched views, truly making you feel as if you are immersed in the outdoors while keeping you securely safe, dry and comfortable. The canvas material, seams and zippers are of the highest quality. It rained two of the nights and everything stayed airtight and dry. We purchased a separate tent air conditioner that also acts as a dehumidifier and were thrilled with how that worked using the vents built into the side of the tent for that purpose. So happy we took a chance on this tent and this company! I’m 57 and have tented my whole life and this experience was night and day more positive than any other tent I’ve used, and in every possible way.

Excellent quality that surpassed other name brands.
The single is a perfect size and light weight. Very easy to get back in its bag. It will inflate with the big tent pump but I recommend getting the smaller designated pump. It worked better and can also inflate other sleeping bag pads. Note that there is a small spring loaded peg that sticks out from the inflation valve. One position is to inflate the other is to hold the pressure. If you inflate the bed with the valve in the wrong position the air will shoot out when you unplug the pump. If the bed rocks side to side it is under inflated.
The product is good but the bag is damaged already. I really appreciate it if you send me another bag.

Amazing product. Total time saver. Well worth spending the money for the quality. Beats having to manually pump out tent. However, shipping was delayed due to product availability.. so make sure to provide yourself ample time prior to needed use.
I've always been a big fan of Coody tents, which is why I purchased a second one—the Hub. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that it only came with one TPU door. I found this out while trying to keep the cool air inside and realized the other TPU door panels weren't included. One of the reasons I chose a Coody tent was because I believed it was designed for four-season camping. However, I don't see how the Hub would be practical during a Chicago winter—even with a jack stove—without TPU doors on all four sides to help retain heat. Considering the premium price of the Hub, I really think all four TPU doors should be included. At this price point, it feels reasonable to expect the tent to come fully equipped for the all-season use it's marketed for. Maybe I missed that detail before purchasing. Still, I think this should be made much clearer in the product description so buyers know exactly what they're getting. I hope Coody considers including all four TPU doors with the tent or, at the very least, making it much more obvious that only ONE is included.

The air tarp canopy work real well for tent who were really happy with it and very happy with all of product.

This tent is absolutely amazing, and beginners friendly to set up! My daughter and I fell in love with camping in our car tent so much so that we decided to upgrade to the Coody 10! I was worried that using the included airpump would be strenuous and take a long time. It took 6 minutes and it pumped like butter! I didn't even work up a sweat! The take down was just as easy. The tent is sturdy! It is beautiful! The airflow through the windows kept us cool in the day time. At night we closed the side windows and the temperature inside was warmer and cozy. I am over the moon happy with this purchase! Thanks for such a wonderful product, Team Coody!!

Overall, we love the tent. We've only used it for a quick weekend getaway so far, but our first impressions were very positive. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to detail. For example, most tents come with cheap, tiny stakes that need to be replaced right away. These stakes, however, are sturdy and well-made, and they even came with small black rubber tip protectors to prevent them from puncturing the storage bag. I also liked that the guy lines come pre-attached and have a reflective quality, making them much easier to see at night and helping to prevent trips and falls. Another nice feature is the oversized carrying bag, which makes packing the tent away surprisingly easy. Many camping products are packed so tightly that, once opened, it's nearly impossible to fit them back into the original case. There are two things I would change. First, if you're planning to use this as a true four-season hot tent with a stove, the rain fly does not have an opening for the chimney. I'm not planning to use it that way, but for those who are, that could be a significant drawback. Second, I would like a way to open the side windows from inside the tent. The two skylights can be operated from the inside, but the side windows must be opened from the outside. It's not a major issue, but it's an improvement I'd recommend. One additional touch that would be helpful is a small marker on the bottom of the tent to assist with lining up the folds when packing it away. Overall, this tent is well worth the investment.

Bought a cheaper version of Amazon and it didn’t work first try. Bought this one from Coody and it has worked perfectly. Worked great to inflate the Coody familia 17.2 pro in about 7 minutes. Exceeding expectations completely satisfied.
Love the tent! I set it up on my rear deck and have slept in it for the past 10 nights. Plan on sleeping in it throughout the summer, with an 8 day trip planned for Bell Cow Lake State Park in Oklahoma in October.

This tent is outstanding. It's heavy, but not moreso than any other similar sized canvas tent with poles. It's main plus is storage. It fits perfectly in a 40 gallon tote. Inflation with the included pump takes a few minutes. Reaching the recommended 6 psi would need to be done with a battery pump. All the included windows, stakes, lash points and cords are suitable for their purpose. The tub floor is material similar to whitewater rafts, tough. I picked up a Tyvek sheet to use underneath. The only negative I would give it concerns the fly. It's well constructed like the rest of the tent, but doesn't have a stove jack like the tent does. If you have a stove jack on the tent, having one on the fly is just a necessity. I found one presewn through another vendor and am having it installed by a local boat canvas shop. Overall, this is a tent well worth the price.
